1.By reserving rented items, the customer agrees to all Terms and Conditions contained in this rental contract. Customer further acknowledges that, upon accepting delivery or taking possession of the rented items, all items will be considered received in good order as listed unless a discrepancy is reported immediately.

2.Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including their safe and proper use, operation, maintenance, and return to Our Little Suitcase, LLC. Customer is responsible for all loss, damage or repair.

3.Customer agrees to and is responsible for notifying Our Little Suitcase, LLC if rented child’s car seat(s) has been involved in an automobile accident while in Customer’s possession.

4.Our Little Suitcase, LLC makes no warranties of merchant ability or fitness for particular purpose, or any warranties, expressed or implied.

5.This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the customer and Our Little Suitcase, LLC. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Our Little Suitcase harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer’s negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.

6.Customer’s/Operators should read all warnings and instructions (safety instructions).

7.Retaking of Equipment: If customer fails to return all rented items upon agreed time, customer agrees to pay for additional charges. If customer refuses to return rented items, the customer agrees that Our Little Suitcase, LLC and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover rented items without prior notice or legal process.

8.Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and will provide adult supervision at all times according to the rules given to the Customer prior to rental period, written instruction or verbal.

9.Attorney fees: Customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred Our Little Suitcase, LLC in enforcing these terms and conditions.

10.By placing this order in person at our Tampa International Airport location, Customer acknowledges by signing this agreement, that s/he agrees to the “Terms and Conditions/Warranty” stated on this agreement and to the Rental Policies, Terms, Conditions and Release of Liability as posted on ourlittlesuitcase.com in its entirety. Customer agrees that Our Little Suitcase has furnished Customer a copy of the Terms and Conditions/Warranty shown on this contract and the Rental Policies, Terms, Conditions, and Release of Liability as posted on OurLittleSuitcase.com in its entirety prior to signing this agreement.

11.By placing this order online from OurLittleSuitcase.com, customer acknowledges that s/he has read and agrees to the “Policies, Terms and Conditions, and Release of Liability” as posted on ourlittlesuitcase.com in its entirety.
