No, we do not charge a delivery fee

Yes, there is an $85.00 minimum rental fee for deliveries within our 10 mile delivery radius of Tampa International Airport. However, there is no minimum rental fee for pick up and drop off at our Tampa International Airport location.

For deliveries to Pinellas County including the Pinellas County beaches, there is a minimum rental fee of $125.00.

Yes, you can pick up your items at our counter located inside Tampa International Airport. The only item that cannot be picked up at the airport is the Full Size Crib

As soon as you know the dates you are traveling as this will guarantee that the items you would like to reserve will be available.

We try to offer the products that you see on our website but we may not always be able to provide the same exact item. The items we deliver will have all the features noted at minimum but may be different in manufacturer, color or designed as pictured.

Yes, rentals booked less than 48 hours in advance are accepted without a late order fee, if such short notice delivery can be provided and equipment requested is available.

A same day delivery fee of $30.00 will be charged to deliveries to the St. Pete Clearwater International Airport (PIE) if such short notice delivery can be provided and equipment requested is available.

Yes, 7.5% sales tax is applied to all orders for Hillsborough County and 7.0% for Pinellas County

No, our liability insurance company does not allow us to install car seats. Upon request we will provide you with an instruction manual.

Yes, we are licensed and insured.

We require a 48 hour notice prior to delivery for cancellations; otherwise a $30.00 administration fee may be incurred. All cancellations must be made by calling Our Little Suitcase at (727) 498-1124 or (813) 957-7245 and speaking with us. Cancellations by email will not be accepted.

As long as the equipment you are renting is available you can extend your rental time for the appropriate rental nights fee. Contact us immediately for availability.

We have convenient pickup and drop off in the Main Terminal or curbside at Tampa International Airport. July 1, 2022 we became the only approved beach and baby equipment rental company allowed to do business on airport property.

In the Tampa Bay Area, we deliver within a 10 mile radius of the Tampa International Airport. Give us a call or send an email to confirm your delivery address.

We will deliver to Pinellas County including the Pinellas County beaches on a limited basis. with an order of $125 or more. Give us a call or send us an email to see if we are available for delivery to Pinellas county on your travel dates.

To ensure maximum data security our processor is PCI certified and utilizes all the latest in advanced encryption technologies, including 128=bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all your information.

We do not sell, trade, exchange, or offer your personal contact information including email addresses to any outside party except where required by law. Nor do we use your information for any advertising or marketing purposes. All submitted contact, personal, and financial data is kept completely confidential and secure at all times.

We make cleaning our equipment a priority. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every rental. Car seat and stroller covers are removed and washed in a hypoallergenic baby detergent.

After each rental our Pack-n-Play’s are cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, placing emphasis on the top rail and mesh sides.

All equipment meets and exceeds all federal safety standards and is JPMA certified (Juvenille Products Manufacturer’s Association). We are subscribed to the Consumer Product Safety Commission recall list and if a product we offer is recalled, it is removed from our inventory immediately.

Call us immediately (do not email or text us) and let us know what happened. We will replace the rental equipment as soon as practically possible. Please read our Terms and Conditions page for your responsibilities.
